SIR, which stands for Service Inspired Restaurants®, is a privately held Canadian corporation in the business of creating, owning and operating full service restaurants in Canada. SIR currently owns and operates a diverse portfolio of restaurants that have been characterized by SIR as Concept Restaurants and Signature Restaurants. Concept Restaurants (i.e., Jack Astor's® Bar and Grill, Canyon Creek Chop House® and Alice Fazooli's! ® ) are the brands that have been rolled out to multiple locations because of their broader appeal, earning potential and strategic growth opportunity.

Jack Astor's® Bar and Grill
Jack Astor's Bar and Grill is a major player in the casual theme segment. Jack Astor's is well known for its winning combination of a fun, energetic atmosphere and quality food. The menu combines ever-popular guest favorites such as wings, burgers, sandwiches and steaks, with new and innovative recipes from around the world. Alice Fazooli's Italian Grill, which opened its first location in 1991. We deliver a dynamic guest experience with innovative inspired Italian cuisine at affordable prices in a relaxed, yet polished setting. Our food is fresh, innovative, and enticing. Four®
Four is Toronto’s first healthy, upscale restaurant created to offer guests top quality, chef-driven dishes, without all the calories normally associated with high end cuisine. Sexy, high energy and chic, Four restaurant will be an exciting new healthy eating adventure that won’t compromise on taste, texture or flavour. The restaurant will feature a seasonally changing menu with premium quality and artfully presented small plates. Four will also provide options for vegetarians and those with other dietary restrictions including gluten-free dishes for celiacs. Completing the guilt-free dining environment, each dish will have less than 650 calories.
Petit Four®
Petit Four has the makings of a winning operation, combining the best of high-end dining including chef-driven menu items using top quality ingredients and freshly made products, with the speed of to-go service. Petit Four will feature premium choices, which call to mind the delicious flavors, homemade dishes and quality products diners expect from top dining hot spots like Far Niente, reds & Four. A central point of the restaurant’s menu will be its fresh homemade Focaccia. Adding to Petit Four’s high-end experience, the restaurant will provide concierges and greeters/expeditors to assist guests with ordering to ensure busy Bay Street types get through the ordering process with ease. Catering will be available, and environmentally sensitive packaging has been chosen in keeping with SIR’s overall goal towards company-wide environmental efficiencies and sensitivities.
